1. Who manages the data

CppForge administration and data requests are handled through kiamia2365@gmail.com. This page describes data processing in the service; for questions or to exercise your rights, write to this address.

2. What data is used

For an account request we collect the email and phone number. The request is visible to the administrator, and upon approval you receive an invitation email through which you set your own password; the password never passes through the request and is stored encrypted by the authentication service. Rejection deletes the request. Do not use a password you use on other services. Account authentication is managed by the Lovable Cloud authentication service.

We keep the account identifier, role, sign-in information and the active session. For signed-in accounts we keep the C++ files, input, expected output, tests, problem statement and C++ version so they can be opened from another device.

For the AI trial we use an identifier derived by hashing the IP address and the number of uses. This identifier limits free uses; it is not a guaranteed anonymization.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use account data and code to answer your access request and to provide the requested service. The phone number allows the administrator to contact you about the request. Session data and the trial limit are used to protect the service and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest of security. We do not use this data for automated marketing campaigns.

4. Compilation and AI

When you press Run or use tests or the debugger, the code and input are sent to the external Judge0 service for execution. If you enable AI, the request and relevant code are sent through Lovable AI to the model provider, currently OpenAI. Do not enter passwords, other people's personal data or confidential information in code, input or AI requests.

Lovable Cloud hosts the account data and saved files. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; the applicable terms and safeguards depend on their services. This page does not promise an exclusively European location for all processing.

5. Data kept in the browser

The browser keeps a local copy of the files, editor preferences, panel sizes, trial state and the data needed for authentication. Local copies of accounts are separate from the visitor's files. Signing out hides the account files but does not delete the local copy from the device; on a shared computer, clear the site data and downloaded files after use. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends technical connection data to that service.

6. Retention and access

Online files are kept as long as the account needs them and can be removed when the account is deleted. Requests and technical data are kept for access administration and abuse prevention; there is currently no automatic deletion deadline configured for all these categories. The administrator can manage accounts and requests; ordinary access to online files is limited to the signed-in owner. Providers may have their own retention periods and backups.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object, under the conditions of the law, at the email below. To protect the account, identity verification may be required. You can file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). To download your code you can also use the download button in the compiler.

8. Students and minors

If you are a minor, talk to a parent or legal representative before submitting data for an account. The administrator must check the conditions applicable to the use of the service by minors; account approval does not replace the consents required by law.
